For one of our main customers based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona), Omnitel is looking for a Creative Design Lead who will spearhead many critical challenges: first is to be both artistic and technically creative, second is to be the subject matter expert in design, digital print, and lastly is to combine creativity with design to manage high profile customers to lead the adoption of digital print with brands.General Data:Type of contract: IndefiniteHours: 09:00h - 18:00h (40 hours/week)Location: BarcelonaStart Date: 1st, JuneSalary Range: According to experienceKey Responsibilities:Develop high level relationships through interaction with our Industrial Demo Center team, strategic partners & brand clients.Use of varied and rounded skills including: strategic creative thinking, concept & idea generation, presenting, team building, innovation & creative project management.Empower and educate brands on the creation of brand specific digital print ideas and concepts to be generated with an ability to articulate and bring them to life verbally and visually.Understanding key trends around customization, personalization and AI.Generated ideas should be relevant in a way that positively connects brands with the digital technology, to demonstrate our value can provide collaboratively with brands & PSPs.Travelling to visit, train and get educated on creativity across our Demo centers, agencies, brands & PSPs.Support all thinking with reference, research and a thorough visible thought process.Skills needed:Being a thought leader and subject matter expert in this role means delivering:An effective roadmap on how to inspire brands transformation via our Industrial innovation services & solutions.Forge strategic brand relationships across varying categories, which require strong communication skills, professionalism & outstanding creative leadership.Consistently improve ways of working, establish best practices, delivering best in class creative output across client presentations and concept / idea visualization.Be a creative representative & ambassador of our Industrial Brands Transformation team with strategic partners, at events and strategic brand/PSP clients.Development of creative pitches for prospective brands – A plan of action on how to creatively approach these clients will be set out, agreed & monitored on a quarterly basis.Proactively proposing thoughts on how to improve ways of working on an ongoing basisGoing the extra mile to push creative and technical boundaries in order to inspire brands.Challenge team members with innovative and inspiring thinkingBringing ideas & perspectives to the digital print process, proposing innovation solutions with Designer & Composer and Brand Center tools while leveraging AI.Required Qualifications:At least 5 years experience in graphic design and overall creativity development for brandsAgency expertise would be a plus.Adobe In Design, Illustrator, HP Smartstream Designer a must.Coding and AI expertise is a plus, as these 2 elements will improve the ability to convert projects through breakthrough design services innovation.Mandatory demonstrable Fluent English level.Please attach your CV in ENGLISH.
