We are looking for a  Credit Risk Manager  in  Albasanz Office (Spain)!Key responsibilities:Enhancing risk strategy across the credit lifecycle, including origination, scorecard cut-off management, affordability assessment, limit management, and cross-product pre-approvalActively managing the risk and reward balance of credit risk strategy for our portfolio in the UK, utilizing internal and external data, and scoring modelsUnderstanding and developing key metrics to assess the performance of risk strategiesGenerating and delivering presentations on credit risk performance and significant trendsParticipating (providing business requirements) in building credit scoring models to drive growth and improve efficiency of the processes across the companyInteraction with DWH, marketing, collection, reporting and ITYourprofile:Some experience in unsecured credit risk lending and strategy development within consumer lending organizationsExperience working with large data sets and using analysis/modelling to drive business resultsExperience with databases (SQL) and MS Excel skillsPreferably, knowledge of Python for data analysisAbility to communicate clearly and concisely in English (verbally and written)You are organized, detail-oriented, self-motived and creative professionalLocal resident of Spain or ready for relocation to Spain (Madrid)We are offering:Challenging projects that you will have the real impact onEmployee development program to support you in your personal and professional development#J-18808-Ljbffr
