CRM Administrator (Pharmaceutical sector) Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Salesforce / Veeva Administrator that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.The Salesforce and Veeva Align Administrator plays a crucial role in the implementation, configuration, and administration of Salesforce and Veeva Align platforms within the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective solutions using Salesforce and Veeva Align functionalities.Since in this position we'll be working with the USA, the schedule will be from 14:00 to 22:00Responsibilities:Implementation and Configuration: The Administrator will be responsible for the initial configuration of Salesforce and Veeva Align, ensuring alignment with specific organizational requirements. This includes creating custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and user profiles.Administration and Maintenance: The Administrator will be responsible for regularly maintaining and updating Salesforce and Veeva Align platforms. This involves user management, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing performance, and applying updates and patches.Support and Training: The Administrator will be the primary point of contact for Salesforce and Veeva Align users within the organization. They will provide technical support and training to users, resolve issues, and respond to inquiries related to platform functionality and usage.Continuous Improvement: The Administrator will work closely with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize business processes through Salesforce and Veeva Align configuration and customization. They will participate in planning and implementing new features and enhancements.Data Management: The Administrator will be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of data stored in Salesforce and Veeva Align. They will oversee and execute data loading processes, ensuring that the data is clean and complete.Requirements:Proven experience in Salesforce and Veeva Align administration.Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer management-related business processes.Technical skills for Salesforce and Veeva Align configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong communication skills and the ability to provide support and training to users.Attention to detail and analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize systems.Experience in SQLExperience in data loadingFluent in english is a must.WHAT DO WE OFFERPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
