• Implementation and Configuration: Configure Salesforce and Veeva Align to meet organizational requirements• Administration and Maintenance: Maintain and update Salesforce and Veeva Align platforms• Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to users• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes• Data Management: Ensure integrity and accuracy of data in Salesforce and Veeva Align
Requirements
• Proven experience in Salesforce and Veeva Align administration• Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer management-related business processes• Technical skills for configuration, customization, and troubleshooting• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams• Strong communication skills and ability to provide support and training• Attention to detail and analytical skills• Experience in SQL• Experience in data loading• Fluent in English
