AXA's Management Committee is driving a unique strategic initiative - Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) – designed to transform AXA's value proposition. Through DCP, AXA will serve existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model, where thefocus is on risk prediction, prevention and management.
AXA DCP relies on creating a platform of AXA's risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients and third parties. End users will be able to access a broad selection of data built on existing or developing AXA assets. The platform will also create value by monetizing unique capabilities and services for our customers, aggregating, and delivering insights from unique data sets with external partners, and fostering end-customer relationships in alignment with brokers.
AXA DCP aims to:
Improve our underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of business of AXA Group Create a platform for risk management and prevention services Build an ecosystem of business partners As the Project Management Officer of the Technology Office of AXA DCP, you will be responsible for providing a large range of non-technical (outside of the feature teams), in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness by standardizing processes and defining best practices across our organizationproviding a service to multiple projects, deploying support, process improvement, communication and management of change in relationship with the AGILE at scale based global organization, and following the AXA DCP program and roadmap priorities.
Your role is key for the success of AXA DCP and the mission of the Technology Office especially. It will encompass several significant functions including Controls and Reporting, Interdependence management, Visual Management system and KPIs, processes improvement (providing tools and techniques), risk evaluation process and reporting, and helping for the global planning management and document management for audits..
DISCOVER your opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include?
Own the strategic level CTO roadmap Plan strategic deliverables into available team capacity – drive delivery, monitor and report. Require integration / resource alignment with the product delivery backlogs (e.g., DCP360) Operate the CTO Design Governance mechanism – weekly TDAs, agendas, minutes, decision logs, communications Govern DCP Policies and Standards (in partnership with CISO / Compliance etc. in some cases) – publishing, versioning, change governance Lead on internal CTO communication (facilitate and plan forums / monthly workshops) Coordinate compliance / audit tasks (primary interface) Standardize and maintaining best practices Update guidelines Intake processes and suggest optimized best practices Define clear ownership between project leads, budget owners, and other stakeholders Support best practices for how project milestones are set and how project health is communicated Facilitate cross-functional coordination and collaboration between CTO and other interdependent functions, ensuring alignment, shared understanding, and transparent visibility across multiple projects and stakeholders. Design a data-driven reporting system You will report to the Chief Technology Officer, AXA DCP.
We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role Effective interpersonal skills including mentoring and / or coaching, collaborating, team building Proven analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands Proven leadership skills.
