For the Customer Service team of one of our sister companies we are looking for Finnish Customer Advisors for 40 hours a week.Where your skills are neededCommunicate directly with our customers via multiple channels, such as: email, phone or social media;With you, we want to offer our customers a special experience in the quality, speed and quality of contact;Passing on information to our customers on the status of the order by evaluating the erp & contact center system;Supporting customers in the processing of returns or complaints.QualificationsOur office in Barcelona is the right place for you if you see change as an opportunity and are curious about the unknown.
