In this position, you will be an integral part of the Dutch support team for one of our clients in the telecommunications industry. This role offers the opportunity to work in Valencia both full-time and part-time.  Responsibilities: You ensure the correction of administrative and technical actions and follow up on incoming inquiries and requests. You are a crucial link between the customer and the organization. You will interact with customers both by phone and email. You will work on complex issues to solve problems. What are we looking for? High-level proficiency in the Dutch language (both written and spoken) and a good command of the English language. A professional work ethic and mindset. Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to build trust with customers and communicate effectively. Problem-solving expertise and the ability to handle multiple tasks, especially in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications..
