As the main point of contact throughout the breast aesthetic journey, the Customer Care Representative plays a crucial role in assisting consumers. Your role in this position will be to proactively engage with customers prior to their surgery. This can be accomplished by supplying them with essential information about the company's offerings through various communication channels such as appointment reminders, proactive follow-ups through calls, emails and other channels.Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Representative will be:Acting as a mediator between the consumer and the clinic to address any concerns or issues that may ariseEffectively addressing patient inquiries by delivering unbiased, precise, non-promotional, and non-medical information.Assuring the customers have a positive experience fitting our client´ quality standards.Coordinating an onboarding process for interested customers, guiding them through the necessary steps to become a valued client.Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:Native level of French with a fluent level of English and Spanish (at least C1)Already based in Barcelona or metropolitan areaHaving excellent verbal and written communication skillsBeing able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentBeing able to quickly understand customers´ needs and dealing with their emotionsHaving a well organized and structured way of workingMinimum 1 year of experience working in a customer service environmentData entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)Previous experience working in the medical (aesthetics) would be a plusPrevious experience working with Zendesk and Salesforce would be a plusWhat´s in it for you?Contract: permanent + 2 month probationary periodCompetitive salaryBenefits: meal voucher, 27 days of vacation + your birthday off, pension plan, mental policyWorking hours: Mon-Fri 9-18Hybrid work modelHealth insurance: private health + life insuranceYour future company:Our client is a rapidly growing global team at a renowned global medical technology company.
