As a digital customer support specialist, your main tasks and activities will include: Assuring the quality and user-friendliness of our products by putting the customer's needs on the first place Handling the incoming support requests via e-mail from different sources in order to help out the customer or end-user. Analyzing the incoming support items and defining actions to reduce the number of tickets.
