Your roleWe are seeking a Customer & Market Research Analyst who will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success through insightful analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competition. What you will doDevelop customized reporting and dashboards to provide regular updates to senior management and different stakeholders.Build relationships with key stakeholders (IT, Sales, Corporate, Digital…) to get the maximum market & consumer understanding outcome from the company's available tools and sources.Support the Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager leading and overseeing in conducting ad hoc research: Design and implement the research needed and develop the studies from beginning to end.Work closely with the Consumer Insights Manager and Marketing team, helping them with the analyses of their brands and market partitions.Monitor & challenge data accuracy from panel information to improve market & brand coverageConduct quantitative and qualitative market research according to the Marketing plans.
