col-wideJob Description:**CUSTOMER ONBOARDING PROGRAMME DIRECTOR (TRANSFORMATION)****LOCATION - LONDON, DUBAI OR PALMA****£130,000 - £150,000****Who you'll be working for**:My customer is looking for a globally experienced, Customer Onboarding Programme Director to join their hugely successful and very well-established international travel business. With operations in over 120 countries and a significant head count within their numerous contact centres, they are driven by providing a dynamic, innovative, gratifying, service to their travel business partners and customers.**What you'll do**:This international business has multiple locations globally including contact centres. As the Customer Onboarding Programme Director, you'll work closely with the transformation and senior leadership team to ensure the new customer (business partners) journey is as seamless as possible with improvements continually identified.
