Tasks Who you are You have demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices Your language skills include advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish Your computer and internet skills are top-notch, and you bring previous experience in handling complaints If you've got prior experience in the tourism industry and if you're competent in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, that's a plus As an exceptional team player, you approach your work with a proactive and positive attitude High-pressure situations and challenges are where you thrive Your telephone demeanor is both pleasant and professional, and your communication skills—both verbal and written—with strong listening abilities, set you apart You excel in teamwork, fast decision-making, multitasking, and problem-solving Attention to detail is your forte, and you are well-organized, dependable, quick to learn, and hardworking Above all, you embody a friendly, patient, and empathetic customer-oriented attitude Requirements More about what you will be doing: Assist our customers by offering comprehensive information about Suntransfers, – whether it's availability, pricing, or just general info – through phone calls, live chats, and emails Complete payments and bookings, reaching out to customers and ensuring they smoothly sail through the process Being the go-to support for both customers and suppliers when things go a bit wonky during a transfer service and acting as the mediator between them Tackling complaints head-on and turning frowns into smiles Stepping into the world of "non-standard-CS-tasks" for cool cross-functional projects. Think translations, diving into price comparisons, publishing new routes and prices – all in sync with other awesome departments. With a commitment of 40 hours per week distributed across 5 days (Monday to Sunday), our schedule includes a rotation of morning, afternoon, and night shifts, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive approach to our work hours.
