Customer Service Specialist – German Speaker

Our client, a Barcelona based healthcare manufacturing company, who develop and manufacture scalable, groundbreaking solutions to solve the world's most complex health challenges, are on the hunt for a German speaking Customer Service and Order Management specialist, to join their team ASAP. You will:Be a close Business Partner with the Sales Organizations to fully support the Sales and Marketing strategies and the business growth. Team up with Order management and other functions to maintain a strong collaboration geared towards maintaining or enhancing customer satisfaction. Be a part and support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performance. The essential requirements:Provide support to a specified Sales Region in the closure of commercial agreements.Work with sales and order management to process all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtaining approvals as necessary.Be responsible for creation and amendment of customer accounts, work with the Master Data Management teamYou must be able to speak German and English have strong written and verbal communication skills in BOTH languages.It would be a plus if you possess experience in:Tender/Contract Management work.Operated in a fast-paced environment. Problem solving and analytical methods. Let your talents guide you to your perfect job with Talented International - where we connect passion with opportunity!
