The Customer Success Account Manager will be responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle and exemplify strategic planning and execution, leading to program success, expansion, retention, and renewal.Customer Success Account Managers serve as trusted advisors to retailers and provide strategic program consulting to build new business units within their organizations.
