Job positionCustomer Success Engineer
Customer Success Engineer helps to ensure customer satisfaction and health, as well as strengthening the ongoing relationship with customers by providing top-quality technical services.
Customer Success Engineer is expected to ensure customer renewals and to increase sales for existing customers.
Accountability for ongoing value delivered successful implementation.Customer key point of contact for all technical aspects including on-boarding, methodology consultancy and best practices.Trusted advisor. Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.Serve as the key liaison for sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management.Setup customer's cloud environment to match their needs.Travel to customer premises to ensure successful RFID's PoC.Act as the voice of customer within the company.Demonstrable 1+ years experience in customer-facing roles in a tech company.Highly interested in the Retail sector.Problem-solving capacity to find customer solutions. Strong customer focus.Knowledge of computer networking.
