About the role
As a Customer Success Manager at Bdeo, your mission is to empower our customers to derive maximum value from our products and services. You will serve as the primary liaison, offering top-tier product and technical guidance, expert project management, and strategic business insights. Your core responsibility is to cultivate robust, enduring partnerships with our clients, guiding them through pivotal stages such as pilots, launches, and growth phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management and Results Optimization: Lead and manage customer projects, ensuring optimal results across all stages of their journey. Monitor customer activity closely to facilitate the achievement of best-in-class outcomes. Revenue Growth and Expansion: Drive revenue growth by facilitating the expansion of customer operations within the installed base. Proactively identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, shaping plans for customer growth, expansion, and retention. Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strategic relationships with customers to understand their businesses and maximize their Return on Investment (ROI). Communicate key insights to customers, ensuring they leverage Bdeo's technology to its fullest potential. Churn Mitigation and Customer Health Monitoring: Minimize customer churn by conducting in-depth analyses of potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Identify, track, analyze, and report customer health metrics, actively collaborating with the Product team to enhance the customer experience. Communication and Training: Ensure customers are well-informed with the latest product updates and training materials. Act as the trusted advisor for Bdeo's customers, offering support during both opportunities and challenges. About you
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. +3 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management within Enterprise B2B SaaS or tech consulting. Familiarity with technical digital solutions; comfortable discussing APIs and data insights. Strong affinity for KPIs and a proven ability to leverage them for decision-making. Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills with an unwavering commitment to meeting deadlines. Proven ability to make business decisions, demonstrating a track record of identifying gaps and developing high-impact solutions. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. Personal Traits:
-Passion for driving company growth by ensuring customer satisfaction.
-A deep sense of accomplishment in resolving customer issues.
-Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
