WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN Self-starter with outstanding attention to detail, and problem-solving ability Strong oral and written communication skills Highly organized, ability to stay on track, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment Proven experience of collaborating with other teams to drive shared success Attention to detail and willingness to compare adjacent data sets to drive improvement Ability to centrally coordinate validation projects across diverse global teams Working knowledge of databases, SQL, Excel, and data theory Previous experience with a BI tool such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc. WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD Prior business experience in the bike industry Project management and presentation skills Experience with Atlassian suite (Jira / Confluence)
