Management Trainee in Crop Science Are you in pursuit of an exceptional post-graduation placement? Your Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Country Group Head of Crop Science division across Poland, Baltic states, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Contribute to strategic reviews and lead transformation projects. Engage daily with leadership team members and their respective teams. Focus on change management by proposing and implementing innovative go-to-market strategies. Who you are: Are you currently a student or nearing completion of your studies in business administration, management, or agriculture? If so, we invite you to consider this exciting opportunity and apply. Experience abroad or in an international environment, gained through studies or internships, will be advantageous. Knowledge of project management methodology. Demonstrated can-do spirit, strong decision-making ability, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently. Innovative and digital mindset, adept at processing ideas to improve work processes. Proficiency in English and basic tools such as MS Office.
