Develop and implement tools and processes to support sales activities including automated reports dashboards and performance tracking systems.
Create detailed data sheets for products and services offered providing the sales team with the necessary information for an effective presentation to customers.
Manage the companys organic catalogue on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon ensuring that products are correctly listed described and positioned to maximize sales opportunities.

Proven experience in sales data management and analysis preferably in a sales support environment.
Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Access for database management and complex query creation.
Demonstrated ability to use data visualization tools such as Power BI to create interactive reports and intuitive dashboards.
Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel and Power BI (must have) Microsoft Access and Python (nice to have).
