As a Data Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project needs and objectives.Responsible of the project execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Manage the budget and optimize costs with suppliers.Overseeing data architecture and technical design during the developments.To be the Product IT Owner for certain products, managing changes, incidents and proposing improvements.Ensure product functionality and quality in collaboration with technical teams.Supervise and coordinate daily team operations for efficiency and goal attainment.Lead process and procedure improvements.Defining and ensuring consistent application and best practices.Seek constant improvement of the business processes and applications through assessment, optimization proposals and implement solutions and/or processes to constantly support business evolution.To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have:
Consolidated experience in project management, product ownership and team management.Have strong leadership, orchestration and troubleshooting skills.Strong ability to adapt and drive change.Strong knowledge in data tools (Informatica Cloud, Data Factory, Snowflake) specially in PowerBI and self-service solutions.Have budget and provider management skillsHave scrum master experience - daily project management and Agile ceremonies celebrationLanguages: Fluent level of Spanish and English.Working at Danone gives you the chance to impact more than 12 million consumers in, where we lead the ranking of the most chosen brands in the country.
