We deliver services all around Data Product creation, Data Strategy, Data Governance and Projects. Providing data as Data Products enables colleagues across the organization to create value.RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and drive creation of Group Data Products, by coordinating all necessary steps along the process and rolesIdentify and coordinate with respective Data Domain / Product Owners and offer support and guidance to execute the respective roleEnsure that roles and responsibilities are adhered to within appropriate timelinessCreate transparency on data product status and monitor progressTogether with stakeholders agree on and manage the prioritization of data product creation, monitor progress, resolve blockers and escalate critical issuesCapture and report value creation from data products by closely aligning with stakeholders in the business and communicate data product value story in appropriate channels and communitiesResolve practical blockers in data product creationQUALIFICATIONS Degree of business administration,(economic) computer science, science or a comparable completed education with many years professional experience in various fields.Experience in the area of data, IT, data stewardship and similar profilesVery structured work mode also in an highly complex environment, ideally with first experience in project managementStrong communication skills and very good stakeholder managementGeneral understanding of data processing (data analytics, engineering, data science etc.)BENEFITS A secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.Flexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life.Learning and development opportunities23 holiday days per year5 additional days (readjustment)A collaborative, trustful and innovative work environmentBeing part of an international team and work in global projectsRelocation assistance to Madrid providedAt BASF, the chemistry is right.
