In this role, you will be responsible for creating the WM&I data ecosystem platform based on AWS and migrating existing platforms to the new one. As a manager of our Data Analytics department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing our data warehousing solutions to support our organization's data-driven decision making processes. You will lead all the new transformation initiatives that the bank is currently engaged with an aggressive deadline currently in place.Join us to make a significant impact by developing cutting-edge data warehousing solutions that empower data-driven decision-making and drive our bank's success.Primary Duties & Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand organization data requirements and design and implement a technology strategy aligned with business and regulatory Objectives to create an AI data ready infrastructure and data ecosystem.- Create a Systems Plan derived from the technology strategy to deliver effective data solutions ensuring execution. Systems plan must address actual data solutions evolution, transformation and migration to the new WM&I data ecosystem AI ready platform- Create and maintain WM&I data ecosystems to support Business intelligence, reporting, analysis and AI initiatives within the scope of WM&I, including end to end process form ingestion to consumption of data- Lead the WM&I CIO Data team Including Internal personnel, Providers and collaboration with other IT Teams (CTO, CISO, DevSecOps) to create and transform Data ecosystem.- Data Modeling: design and maintain data models to ensure data integrity, consistency, and performance in the data ecossytem- Data quality assurance: implement data quality checks and validations to ensure de accuracy and reliability of data stored in the data warehouse- Data security: ensure data security and compliance with industry standars and regulations throuughout the data warehousing lifecycle- Manage Data Solutions Projects, ensuring execution on time, quality, costs and scope- Manage external Data Solution Providers collaborating to build the data ecosystem and to maintain itRISK OBJECTIVES- Proactive identification of issues or concerns related to potential gaps in existing processes, procedures, policies, frameworks, etc.;- Contribution to satisfactory results in audit reviews, compliance reviews, and regulatory examinations (internal/ external), Compliance and Regulatory Agency reviews; response to required corrective actions in a timely and complete manner;- Completion of all assigned training (Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act, Audit, Code of Conduct, etc.) and reporting requirements within set timeframes; and- Adherence to the Code of Conduct, assigned Risk Tolerance or Mandates and all organizational policies and procedures applicable to role.EXPERIENCE- Proven experience as a data warehouse manager, preferably in a senior role (minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience)EDUCATION- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related fieldSKILLS- Superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks- Innovative, creative, and constantly looking for ways to deliver- Appreciative and supportive of a culture that promotes sense of ownership, responding with a sense of urgency, collaboration and mutual respect.- Strong work-ethic and self-motivated and flexibility with a fast-paced environment- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with t
