As part of our team, you'll help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analysing and validating all the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the execution of projects according to the defined approach and methodology alongside the European engagement teams Analyse financial statements and identify trends of target companiesElaborate deliverable reports with financial insights for corporate clients and Private Equities.Expected to take managerial responsibility for multiple engagements and work under tight deadlinesContribute to the development growth of the Transaction Services and develop the career of junior team members.Minimum Qualifications:Educational Background :Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Economics.Essential Requirements :More than 5 years of related work experience (Advisory, M&A, Corporate finance, Financial Due Diligence, Consulting, Accounting, etc)Fluent in English, both verbal and writtenHigh degree of analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problemsAbility to work independently on qualitative and quantitative analysesTeam player with the ability to engage in international teamsAdvanced skills in. MS-Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong financial skillsPreferred Experience / Skills:Experience in consulting, preferable related to transactions (e.G.
