.Debt Finance Originator (VP) Country: SpainSantander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) is looking to build an origination force in the European branches to broaden our presence in the private debt ecosystem and foster the cross-origination of GDF (Global Debt Finance) transactions leveraged on our consolidated product capabilities in the London and Madrid hubs.This job description will refer to a Vice President role in our Paris and Milan branches.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGThe sales & origination team of Global Debt Finance (GDF) in Europe will primarily build product relationships with local clients to originate transactions in all our debt financing products, including but not limited to, Project Finance, Fund Finance, Syndicated loans, DCM, Debt Advisory, and Securitisation.
