Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business YOU WILL BE DOINGAs an Decision Strategy and Statistical Analysis Sr Analyst, you will be engaged in:Co-Leading of core-banking credit risk-decisioning ecosystem – Provenir risk engine, data base, and analytical of parameterization, and maintenance of the risk decision strategy for the different portfolios at SCF Santander countries.Development and implementation of credit risk strategies and frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.Leading technological projects that impact on Credit Risk Decision Strategy and Statistical Analysis Department.Leading automated monitoring processes covering end-to-end admission process - Provenir risk engine system, data, and decision strategies accuracy (scorecards, credit risk policies, decision trees, etc.).Building regular risk admission reports and present these to the internal customers.Participation in design, development, and management of relational risk databases, and data marts based on automated ETL processes.Participation in implementation, and oversight of credit risk API-based processes (counteroffer, pricing, online behavioral scoring, PSD2-based processes).Execution of SIT and UAT tests (unit, mass tests) including debugging analysis and conclusions based on test results according to Santander standards.Collaboration with the cross-country teams to ensure risk management practices are integrated effectively through the Santander organization.Support the team members, projects we focus on, and the concept of One Team, One Spirit, One Goal.EXPERIENCE3+ years of professional experience working with credit risk-decisioning systems and credit risk admission processes in a financial services credit risk assessment skills with focus on credit risk admission quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Excellent command of specific software like Python, Java, and SQL.Experiences with relational databases and ETL processes.Experiences in programming, software development.Professional experience in AWS technology is an added thrive in a dynamic team and enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from competencies important for this position.Excellent references.EDUCATIONComputer science and Engineering, or IT related with a very solid knowledge and technical skills.Bachelor / Master of Science in Engineering or Bachelor / Master of Computer Science.Bachelor / Master in Economics, Finance, Maths, Statistics/Actuary are have the willingness to continuously learn, stay open to feedback, and develop yourself on both the professional and the personal & KNOWLEDGEDecision Engines Systems: Provenir, Modelica, Power Curve or others.Programing languages: Python, Java, Java Script, C.Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, IBM, Oracle, or others.Comfortable in handling analytical tools/software on AWS platform.Analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to creatively solve business problems.Software development and web services technology are an added asset.Version controls: GitHub, GitLab, AWS CodeCommit, through the collaboration and pro-active level of INFORMATIONAvailability to travel is you want to know more about us, follow us on
