Overview As a Demand Planning Business Partner to UK/ RO/ POL & DACH (~3BN NR), this role drives demand planning process adoption in Prolink BY and integrated systems. It provides deep functional expertise to local demand planning leads and planners, in the form of best practise sharing, training and process improvement initiatives. The role leads the continuous improvement agenda with each of their partner markets prioritising changes that will drive the biggest improvement to Forecast Accuracy and Bias metrics. This role is also the BY DP product owner for Europe (~9BN NR excl RU Dairy) acting as the business owner working with IT to ensure a) communication & escalation on product performance from the business is understood by IT and, b) representing the business in PI planning and sprints to ensure the right business priorities are delivered. Finally as DP Business Partner, this role provides functional leadership into Global & Sector technology transformation initiatives that impact the demand planning process in Europe. Projects such as TPM, IBP, VMI & S&OP Simplification Responsibilities Scope Maintain business partnership with selected BU's, sharing and facilitating best practise sharing across the sector(s).Drive capability improvements by maintaining periodic maturity assessments and identifying changes that support forecast performance improvementBuild a continuous improvement roadmap for each market and align on building blocks to include within annual Forecast Accuracy target setting.Provide sustain support for Prolink BY demand planning, prioritising IT efforts to ensure the product meets the business needs/ requirementsLead the Demand Planning functional input to all projects that impact JDA, such as IBP, TPM, VMI, Magic Triangle etcBe part of the IBP Deployment program transforming DP/ S&OE & S&OP processes and tools in Europe and gear up for the sustain OP model in Europe. Collaborate with the Shared Service Center on prioritizing demand modelling initiatives to bring value to the MUsLeadership & Individual Effectiveness Behaviours Outstanding communication, presentational & leadership skills.Excellent English, in taking others with you at different levels of the organisation to turn advanced analytics into actions, ranging from operating roles to senior Executives in the Europe Sector to drive transformational changes.Proven capabilities in driving complex agenda with ability to clearly explain complex supply chain messages into actionable insights, influence senior cross functional stakeholders on best practices and change management.Ability to lead process transformation with Demand and Supply Planning Directors, Senior Managers and Key Users across multiple markets and categories.Build a comprehensive stakeholder management including mapping, analysis, change impact assessment and associated action plan.Responsible for team development: manage direct reports Qualifications Degree /MBA in relevant discipline with minimum of 5+ years supply chain experience showing excellent thinking/problem solving skills.Strong experience on Global Projects to support in what is required (Design, Implemementation, Sustain…) the upcoming Projects managed / supported by the CoE DP TeamPrior work experience and exposure to business intelligence and data visualisation technologies.Strong analytical and logical skills with ability to make recommendation after anlysing the situation and process improvement skills.Very deep knowledge of demand, supply planning, S&OP and analytics.Strategic acumen and the ability to develop approaches which address short, medium and long term business objectivesStrong collaborative and interpersonal skills – ability to work constructively across different teams to get great results on the committed timelinesAbility to influence on different levels of the Organization to make things happen
Translate complex situations into simple sstatements / presentations to onboard required people adapting the message / content to the different levels required for it
Ability to maximize the output of the direct reports optimizing their learning curve and estimulating their own growth as professionals
High flexibility to adapt plans / re-design solutions based on business requirements
Ability to connect / translate clearly business requirements into technical ones and the other way around
Ability to create a collaborative network to enable resolution of complex problems
