This role is integral to our extensivepipeline of projects throughout Europe. As a Design & Technical Specialist, you willplay a crucial role in the execution and handover of multiple design hotelprojects, both existing and new buildings, ensuring adherence to RHG standardsacross all properties.Reportingto the Area Senior Technical Director, you will be responsible for overseeingprojects through RHG approval processes, ensuring compliance with designguidelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Your mainresponsibilities will include project management from inception to handover,maintaining brand standards, providing technical support for renovations,coordinating feedback from stakeholders, and ensuring timely reporting.Responsibilities :Manage pipelineprojects from start to handover, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.Act as theguardian of "Look and Feel" design, ensuring brand standards are met.Apply technicalexpertise to decision-making, considering contractual and legal obligations.Providetechnical support for hotel renovations and coordinate feedback fromstakeholders.Collaborateclosely with the Area Engineer on MEP progress and procurement strategy.Prepare projectreports and drive initiatives to achieve Area and Hotel targets.Coordinateapprovals from internal stakeholders and owner's representatives.Support thepre-opening phase to ensure technical readiness for hotel operations.QualificationsRequirements :NationalNationalacademic qualifications in Architectural or Engineering Degree.1-2 years ofexperience in large project management as an architect / engineer or projectmanager.Excellentwritten and spoken English and German are essential.Certifiedarchitectural or technical degree.Must beavailable for travel within Europe.CAREERSJoin us in our mission to make every moment matter for our guests and be partof the most inspired hotel company in the world.
