Were seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Account Manager to join our Media Services Team in Barcelona Hybrid to be responsible for a partners portfolio managing and executing all related advertising campaigns and establishing successful business relationships to ensure partners reinvestmentIf youre ready to soar were ready to take you there

What you will do : Build commercial relationships with Partners in the online and offline space within own portfolio with a view of growing eDreams ODIGEO Airline Advertising revenue and booking volumesNegotiation of adhoc budgets for all ODIGEO Brands of the assigned airline accounts outside of the commercial contracts at both the global and local level within and above the budgeted target achievementCreate customized proposals adapted to each partner needs and feedback on Airline and Market expectations to enhance the promotional capabilities of the eDreams Odigeo brandsMonitoring performance of all campaignsalongside with the dedicated account managerAssist referring Pod leader to increase YoY contract value of the assigned airline accountsSetup frequent face 2 face airline meetings following the framework and content qualityBe a proactive member to bring added value to the whole team and company contributing to tactical and strategic initiatives new concepts and to optimizing the trading performance of the Market and the Group overallAttend the most relevant traveldigital marketing events in each marketWho you are Minimum 2 years of key account management experience within the digital advertising space preferably from publisher side but not limited to Ability to analyze and draw meaningful and actionable insights from data Ability to handle multiple partners campaigns As an individual you must be proactive results driven and with a high level of client relationship management Must have a positive can do attitude Strong sales and negotiation skills A self starter who takes plenty of initiative University degree related to BusinessTourism and Marketing Advertising or ECommerce or equivalent experience Proficient in English and another one its a plus Spanish German Italian Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Experience with SalesForce Experience in the travel andor the airlines industry Experience with Tourism Board sales support and marketing concepts
