Start your journey with us!We're seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Account Manager to join our Media Services Team in Barcelona (Hybrid) to be responsible for a partners portfolio, managing and executing all related advertising campaigns and establishing successful business relationships to ensure partners reinvestment...If you're ready to soar, we're ready to take you there.Why eDreams ODIGEOJoin the world's leading travel subscription platform and one of the largest e-commerce businesses in Europe.20 million customers – 44 markets – 5 brands – 5.2M members in Prime16.2 million bookings FY23 – More than 50,000 bookings per day – 100 million daily user searches 1400 employees – More than 50 different nationalities – 99% permanent contracts – 36.3 average ageWe're a leading travel tech company, revolutionising the travel booking experience through our consumer insight, innovative technology, market leadership, and Prime, the world's first travel subscription program.What you will do:Build commercial relationships with Partners in the online and offline space within own portfolio with a view of growing eDreams ODIGEO Airline Advertising revenue and booking volumes.Negotiation of adhoc budgets for all ODIGEO Brands of the assigned airline accounts, outside of the commercial contracts, at both the global and local level within and above the budgeted target achievementCreate customized proposals adapted to each partner needs and feedback on Airline and Market expectations to enhance the promotional capabilities of the eDreams Odigeo brands.Monitoring performance of all campaigns alongside with the dedicated account managerAssist referring Pod leader to increase YoY contract value of the assigned airline accounts.Setup frequent face 2 face airline meetings following the framework and content qualityBe a proactive member to bring added value to the whole team and company, contributing to tactical and strategic initiatives, new concepts and to optimizing the trading performance of the Market and the Group overall.Attend the most relevant travel-digital marketing events in each market.Who you areMinimum 2+ years of key account management experience within the digital advertising space preferably from publisher side, but not limited to.Ability to analyze and draw meaningful and actionable insights from data.Ability to handle multiple partner's campaigns.As an individual you must be proactive, results driven and with a high level of client relationship management.Must have a positive, can do attitude.Strong sales and negotiation skills.A self starter who takes plenty of initiative.University degree related to Business/Tourism and Marketing, Advertising or E-Commerce or equivalent experience.Proficient in English and another one its a plus (Spanish, German, Italian)Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Experience with SalesForce
