If you match this description, get in touch!What you'll do- As a marketing project management officer you will be responsible to drive activities and resources planning for the Global Brand & Marketing team, anticipate resources allocation based on marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives.- Support the marketing program owners in enabling a continuous updated and transparent program planning and monitoring.- Manage and maintain the Global Brand & Marketing campaign calendar and connect the dots with all teams and external partners involved- Ensure consistently balanced workloads across the team, ability to on-board extra resources in case of activity peaks.- Plan project resources/staffing allocation as well training/knowledge transfer needs.- Proactively manage the demand intake process for the 'on top of' activities that weren't included in the original annual marketing plan and ensure proper communication around the process and throughput times to the requestors and key stakeholders.- Implement and deploy the right campaign/work management tooling. Continuously optimize and leverage new features/technology to improve efficiencies.- Pro-actively manage risks & impediments- Manage team's performance, allocation, and efficiencies around project/campaign delivery.- Regularly inform & update all our Signify stakeholders on the calendar, highlights & lowlights and upcoming activities. Weekly report outs, management summaries, etc- Increase the global team project capabilities to ensure active ownership of campaign planning, management & reporting, ensure strong matches between projects and individual skill sets via formal education activities and implementing methodologies and tools.- You coach the global teams and disseminate Agile way-of-working for the department as Agile marketing, Lean Start-up, Design Thinking,Your qualificationsTechnical:- 8-10 years of proven experience as Project Manager and Project Management Officer, with experience in Digital Marketing (CRM, eCommerce, Web, Social Media, Paid Media) and Campaign management (from creative concept to production to activation)- Production or campaign management experience- Strong management skills with the ability to drive for results with virtual and diverse teams- Effective communication towards multiple stakeholders, networking skills- Strong project and department organization background, drive for result and hand-on.- Understanding of business processes and how to connect people and capabilities to drive business growth- Agile and Lean mindset with customer first focus- Strong affinity with technology and campaign/work management software like MS project, Asana, etc (experience in implementing such tool is preferred)Behavioral:- Is strategic - looks beyond today and thinks three steps ahead combined with a Do-er attitude.- Delivers on commitments- Communicates with impact- Challenge status quo and think out of the box- Strong stakeholder management skills- Have a bias for action and getting things done, have excellent problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and inspire others to be the same, have an insatiable thirst for knowledge, be brave and experimental- Work comfortably in a remote team setting, show calmness and composure in the face of uncertainty.What you'll get in returnWe're offering multiple opportunities for career development, like mentoring, coaching and stretch assignments, with strong international exposure for dynamic profiles.
