As the Digital Marketing Manager at Selina, you will be a key driver of our online presence and digital marketing efforts. This role encompasses strategic planning, execution of digital campaigns, and continuous optimization to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. What you will be doing Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company's digital presence remains innovative and competitive.Oversee and participate in the creation and optimization of compelling digital content, including website copy, blog posts, and multimedia materials.Collaborate with the experience teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.Manage and grow the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering community engagement.Implement social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.Monitor and report on key SEO metrics, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and ensure a positive return on investment.Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure message consistency and effective implementation of marketing strategiesWhat you need for the role Proficient in written and spoken English and SpanishAt least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketingDemonstrated success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.Hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, SEO, and paid advertisingIn-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.Strong understanding of the Hospitality landscape.Business Impact: The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in enhancing the company's digital footprint, resulting in increased brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
