Sales Effectiveness (SE) exists to improve front line performance of daily tasks, increasing sales through prescriptive recommendations for prospecting, selling, servicing, and merchandising.Within SE, there are several digital products being developed. This position is for the portfolio of SE products to and supports the visualization & insights of B2B, Guided selling & Retail 360 product metrics.ResponsibilitiesYour day to day with us :Product OwnershipAct as the voice of the customer, using real data to share their experiences.Partner with engineering to own and deliver against business goals.Completes business scope documents and defines and documents user personas for individual products.Partner with product success & reliability, product owners and program strategy team to develop requirements for dashboards and trend reporting to track product features.Prioritize and create clear features and user stories and acceptance criteria day-by-day and manage progress through agile ceremonies by working with leads, developers, and scrum mastersDefine, create, and manage the product backlog through weekly backlog sessionsManage QA by accepting the completed user stories to make sure the work fulfills the criteria
