OverviewAre you passionate about shaping the future of IBP (integrated business planning), and revolutionizing business functions on a global scale?As a Digital Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role within both the global IBP product management team and local market deployment leadership team. One of your main challenges will be ensuring that IBP remains finely tuned to drive maximum business value, not only deploying our global IBP template but also customizing solutions to meet the unique demands of each local market. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with IBP Process, Data & Analytics, o9, and Adoption teams to deliver integrated Sales & Operations Planning (iS&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (iS&OE) solutions tailored for local markets.ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day with us:Own design, build and deployment of the IBP iS&OP / iS&OE product in a local market, including both technical and functional aspects.Act as the Product Manager for IBP Forums & Finance workstream, drive & coordinate cross-functional teams of a market deployment.Ensure that market specific business requirements and gaps are identified and addressed through Solution Design Workshops, documentation of Functional Specifications, conducting Build Demos, conducting SIT and supporting business during UAT and PR.Own and manage the product roadmap and prioritization of features to be enabled for the market, in collaboration with the Global IBP product managers/CoE.Lead key stakeholders, business engagement, and product managers to socialize product plans and requirements, research, brainstorm and validate new functionality, and address any product issues.Manage cross workstream dependencies.Own overall quality of product being delivered.Measure, manage, and report on KPIs for the product in the market.Lead key stakeholders, business engagement, and product managers to socialize product plans and requirements, research, brainstorm and validate new functionality, and address any product issues.Sit alongside the IBP business owner and Global Process owners to deliver a high-quality product.Demonstrate passion for excellence related to product design, delivery, and engineering.QualificationsWhat you will need to success?7+ years of experience in Product Management working with cross-functional teams to design and build products.7+ years of experience in design & delivery of IBP, iSCP, FP&A or similar solutions.Functional and technical experience and architecture & data model knowledge in o9 solutions preferred.Experience of leading / delivering through external partners.Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.Experience in understanding and defining complex customer requirements and shaping them into solutions.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detailPositive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment.What makes us different?Hybrid work model: combination of remote and collaborative office experience to enable.Entrepreneurial environment in leading international.Professional growth possibilities & learning.Variety of benefits to support your physical, emotional and financialVolunteering opportunities to help external.Diverse team with more than 30% of female representation & over 30 nationalities.Have a stake in D&I strategy and bring your whole self to work.About PepsiCoWe believe that culture should be at the cornerstone of everything we do at PepsiCo.
