We highly value the contributions of each of our 800+ employees, providing them with ample opportunities for growth and the development of invaluable skills.Are you ready to join the adventure ?Missions: Tu prendras le lead sur des sujets transverses à fort impact pour accélérer la croissance de papernest par les leviers suivants :Gestion de projets web : création de plateformes web dédiées en lien avec les équipes Tech, Produit et DesignApprentissage et mise en place de techniques SEO avancées : maillage interne, recherche de popularité, micro données, analyses de logs, ...Analyse : tu es en charge de l'intégralité de ton parcours d'acquistion en suivant les performances de nos plateformes (CTR, positionnement, taux de rebond, traffic, conversion etc.) et et effectue des recommandations pertinentesConversion et UX : tu collectes des insights sur notre audience et implémentes des A/B tests pour convertir le trafic en clientsPopularité : produire des contenus (sondage, infographie, étude, etc.) susceptibles de générer des interactions (social media, relais chez d'autres sites, retombées presse, etc
