Sponsored projects devoted to developing new performance improvements features, together with presales site specific tailoring of the wind turbines are demanding many load calculations in order to cover the demand.How to contribute to our visionEngage with nacelle plants' stakeholders in order to get AS-IS situation of needs, information for project, and ensure implementations for all plants. Establish requirements from plants. Analyze other plants and check digitalization status.Concept definition: Investigate what has been developed about this concept in the market, in other SGRE areas and in other plants. Define what is viable to implement within the scope given for a particular need.Update weekly documents/system to give constant visibility of project. Provide project quality reporting and documentation.Be able to visit plant in Agreda (Soria) on a weekly basis.Be able to travel up to 30% a year to other plants in US, Asia, Europe.Establish a time plan for each project aligning with different stakeholders ensuring success of implementation. Be able to breakdown the time plan into a weekly action plant.Budget management: be ablet to gather the cost of hardware and software development from external partners.Plan contingencies that could fail and plan for back-up plans (risk management and mitigation plan).Manage prototype: Design and plan how the prototype will happen, how and when. Then what changes would need to happen for implementing in other plants.Set KPIs for the solution: design how the development of the solution can be measured and tracked once it is implemented.Develop business case to ensure that the reduction time when implementing a digital solution compensates the costs. Ensure and promote the identification and exploitation of opportunities of the project. Analyze economic feasibility and its impact in internal processes.Requirements and Quality Management: Establish and manage the quality of the service/product to be delivered and the delivery process being managed: and to recognize quality as an invaluable tool for the benefits.Comply with defined, internal protocols and standards. Ensure compliance with all internal and external rules, laws, standards and guidelines.Capture and communicate learnings: Gather project learnings and develop documentation for best practices. Document test results.Lead project ensuring requirements are in place, adherence to schedule and implementation liaising with blue collars. Shape and execute SIPOC.Create IT demand as per requirement in the internal system. Engage with IT stakeholders to ensure implementation gets done within agreed timeline.What you need to make a difference Skills: Proactivity: The drive and will to plan and develop until implementation new solutions.
