We are looking for a Director of Works (DoW) - director de obra and for Director of Execution of works - Director de Ejecución de Obra - to oversee the construction and design changes of the military hangar in Rota Naval Base.TasksEach candidate is responsible for implementation of services and oversee construction works, design changes of a steel framed structure which sits on pile foundations along with associated electrical and HVAC systems in line with Spanish Building Act 38/1999RequirementsThe candidate must be a qualified Technical Architect or Technical Engineer with at least ten (10) years of experience in project management of infrastructural projects.
