We are looking for a Director of Works (DoW) - director de obra and for Director of Execution of works - Director de Ejecución de Obra - to oversee the construction and design changes of the military hangar in Rota Naval Base.TasksEach candidate is responsible for implementation of services and oversee construction works, design changes of a steel framed structure which sits on pile foundations along with associated electrical and HVAC systems in line with Spanish Building Act 38/1999RequirementsThe candidate must be a qualified Technical Architect or Technical Engineer with at least ten (10) years of experience in project management of infrastructural projects. DoW shall have at least one project of the total construction value of 5 M€ in his portfolio of experience and must meet all requirements specified in Building Act 38/1999 Candidate shall be fluent in Spanish and have good skills in writting and speaking in English.Please provide CV in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
