To position Cloudstaff for growth we are seeking dynamic leader of Demand Generation to join our expanding marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic planning and execution of demand generation and account-based marketing programs that deliver results. Your primary focus will be to generate high-quality leads and ensure seamless collaboration between marketing and sales, product and recruitment teams. You'll have a strong background in lead generation and sales, a passion for innovation and proven leadership experience. You'd work with our corporate marketing team based in Manila, Philippines and as our local representative also assist as required with regional americas needs. Responsibilities:1. Demand Generation that delivers: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies targeting key customer segments aligned with our strategic marketing plan. You will be measured on hitting a monthly marketing qualified leads target.2. Strategic sales support: You will have expertise in account-based marketing programs including the creation of sales enablement content aligned to the sales lifecycle such as pitch presentations, proposals, collateral and targeted advertising programs. Experience in sales roles would be ideal. 3. Campaign content with cut through: Work with product marketing to brief the creation of compelling and engaging content for direct marketing campaigns, emails, and advertising in coordination with other marketing functions.5. Campaign operations that syncs with Sales: Work with regional field marketing and sales teams to develop campaign calendars and measurable objectives for each campaign, ensuring effective and timely execution.6. Demand-gen Innovation: Based on your own research and working alongside product marketing you'll keep abreast of industry trends, competitor lead generation programs, and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and ahead of the competition.7. ROI Optimization: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of all marketing programs and events to ensure a positive return on investment and make data-driven decisions to improve future efforts.8. Always Aligned: Foster strong collaboration between the sales, product, and recruitment teams to ensure they are aware of upcoming marketing programs and initiatives with a goal of creating a closed loop pipeline of leads aligned to our candidate sourcing initiatives.9. Lead from the front: Drawing from your extensive experience in demand generation and sales enablement, your creativity, and experience getting the best from your direct reports, you'll be a part of our marketing-led transformation. Experience in ideation, cross-functional teams and agile methodologies is welcomed.10. Global experience: Cloudstaff is a global business with key sales partners in the US and Australia. Qualifications and Requirements Skills/AttributesBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience at least 10 years in demand generation, sales enablement, and leadership rolesDemonstrated success in driving marketing qualified leads and revenue growth through demand generation strategiesExtensive knowledge of the B2B marketing landscape and understanding of the sales process.Proven experience with event managementStrong budget management and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Track record in innovation and leading teams through transformationExperience in business process outsourcing and staffing is highly desirable.If you are a results-driven, innovative, and collaborative marketing leader with a track record of delivering exceptional demand generation results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
