Join our newly established Earned Media and Partnerships organization within the Chief Marketing Office to:Develop an Influencer center of excellence across Pfizer's commercial organizationBuild and manage holistic online influencer strategy (KOL, patient, celeb) for commercial organizationCreate consistent approach to engaging, contracting and activating influencers across commercial organization and aligned with our corporate affairs strategyManage the process and strategy for how we nurture influencer relationshipsFind synergies across brands and therapeutic areas for influencer engagement and activationManage budget for earned media and partnerships teamThis highly visible role will be a key member of the Earned Media and Partnerships team; partnering closely with cross-functional team members across the Chief Marketing Organization, Corporate Affairs and Brand teamsHow You Will Achieve ItResponsibility for driving influencer strategy for Pfizer's commercial organization to support our therapeutic areas and business prioritiesImplement influencer strategies connecting audiences to our therapeutic areasPartner with our corporate affairs team, media planning team and brand teams to plan and activate influencer plansBuild and maintain first for Pfizer commercial organization's center of excellence for influencer engagement including identification of influencers, assessment of influencers, engagement and contracting and measurement of Influencer impactOversee the end-to-end management of influencer campaigns - content creation, channel distribution, channel strategy and measurement of impactRelationship management with top influencers, managers, agentsCollaborate with and lead agency and vendor partners for execution of influencer activationsEnsure compliance with all regulations and guidelines for influencer partnerships in the pharmaceutical spaceHave an up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, platforms and best practices for influencer campaignsDeep understanding of influencer engagement and how to compliantly partnerIs recognized as a subject matter expert as it relates to influencer and applies this expertise to inform the strategic direction of earned media campaignsTakes appropriate risks to challenge the status quoHas the ability to lead unique and complex projectsActs independently on self-initiated projects and spots opportunities for improvement without being directed to doQualificationsMust-Have10+ years of Influencer experience either in-house or at the agency settingStrong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing and listening toolsStrong examples of past work executing end-to-end influencer campaignsStrong relationships management skills in nurturing relationships with influencers directly on behalf of a major brandGrowth mindset and ability to build something new in a white spaceStrong understanding of the legal and compliance regulations in the influencer marketing spaceBackground on digital and social communications to drive therapeutic area / brand awareness and visibilityExperience working with organizations going through transformations is a plusAptitude for convincing others (internally and externally) of the value of their ideasExceptional interpersonal skills andmastery of working in a matrix environmentMust be able to both drive strategy and execute with speed and high qualityRole model for the PFE Values (Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy)Executive presence and ability to interact and influence effectively with all levels of the organizationNice-to-HaveCandidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.Additional Job Information:Last Date to Apply: April 30, 2024The annual base salary for this position ranges from $149,200.00 to $248,600.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
