The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, exceptional networking abilities, and a proven track record of originating successful M&A deals. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in identifying and structuring strategic transactions that drive growth and value for our clients.Your Tasks:Lead deal sourcing efforts by actively engaging with potential targets and negotiating terms.Lead deal sourcing efforts by actively engaging with potential targets and negotiating terms.Oversee the deal origination process, from initial contact through negotiation and due diligence, to deal execution.Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive deal proposals, including strategic rationale and potential synergies.Your Profile:Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.Speak fluent Spanish Proven track record of originating and executing successful M&A transactions, with a strong network of industry contacts.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
