Incumbent will work closely with all members of the GPLT and other key senior leaders and stakeholders across Grifols to drive and execute strategic projects, identify, develop, and implement cross functional initiatives to support the Plasma business strategy.What your responsibilities will beServes as a strategist, consultant and implementer for the Plasma PresidentIdentify, develop, and implement cross functional initiatives to support the Plasma business strategy and plansDrive and execute strategic projects, combining external insights and internal thinking to propose appropriate operational and administrative activitiesConduct and lead special assignments on behalf of the President which may include companywide strategic initiatives, industry analysis, relationship building with key stakeholdersLead Grifols Plasma Leadership Team (GPLT) meetings: Determining discussion topics, driving meeting flow and decision making and ensuring follow up actionsEnsure timeline reporting to various Boards and Committees and CEO officeDesign and drive effective overall planning framework for the Plasma organization, including specific deadlines, deliverables roles and approval requirementsProvide proactive strategic oversight and direction and ensure plans are adjusted as organizational priorities change and are clearly communicated across the companyPrepare content for presentations for President and GPLT (or all internal external presentations including the Board of Directors)Drive organizational alignment to company priorities, strategy development, scorecard management, planning, budgeting coordination, strategic initiatives and relevant communicationsSupport President on key deliverablesOverseeing the team responsible for developing and executing the donor compensation pricing model.Be the liason between global expansion projects and Plasma Business Unit (e.g.; Canada, Egypt, etc.)Be in charge of the buy and sell of Plasma to thrid partiesWho you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
