We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
What does this internship consists in? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2024, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Job description: The activities included on this internship are related to Talent Acquisition activities. Focus on:
Support internship campaigns (for production & non production enviroment)
Support recruitment processes
Support Improvement of Talent Acquisition processes
On boarding phase
The candidate to this position will participate in the candidates management tasks and will participate on innovation and improvement projects. As part of the activities that will be carried out are:
Participation of " Formacion Profesional" campaigns by:
Trainees follow up during the training period in Airbus.
Agreement management and related documentation.
External positions management and workflow in Recruitment tool until candidate is on-boarded in Airbus.
Support on: 
project to harmonize the Airbus "Formacion profesional" Dual Program 
 Support definition of the Development Program for " Formacion Profesional" Business Tutors and Airbus Model according to applicable regulation.
Support Recruitment Improvement Project for Airbus Spain.
Participation in projects related to "Formacion Profesional" Strategy in Airbus (Airbus vocational training school, accreditations processes and educational training needs analysis).
Participation in the definition of employment and "Formacion profesional" strategy for the aerospace sector in Spain
Support Improvements Talen Acquisition projects:
- Diversity

- Attraction of candidates/ Employer branding
 
Opportunities: International environment
Participate in activities and transversal and international projects
Take part of multi-functional teams collaboration with several departments in Airbus.
