Job Description : Project is launched in the frame of the SA A320 ramp-up with the aim of protecting the industrial means in the supply chain aiming to face the extra rate On top, trainee together with buyer / buyers shall give support for all contractual activities in the frame of Procurement Aerostructure Rear Fuselage and Empennage department. Main activities to be carried out : Understanding why industrial means are needed and associated risks. Interface with different Airbus departments (Engineering,Manufacturing Engineering,Programs,CAPEX MFT,etc) for the creation of associated documentation before starting any activity. Interface with suppliers (Mubea mainly) for agreement of previous documentation. Monitoring and coordination of transverse activities and creation of a new MSA and WPA amendments and understanding when needed. Interfacing with different Airbus / functions involved. Procurement coordination : Bids and offers, supplier performance monitoring, saving opportunities, export control topics.
