You'll be responsible for team management, business analysis, data interpretation, daily team meetings, project oversight for strategy implementation, and risk mitigation.Your day-to-day routine will be dynamic, with active participation in various meetings, including our "Daily Dive Deep" sessions, stakeholder calls (such as Assumptions, Labour Planning, Quality, and Safety discussions), and one-on-one meetings with essential stakeholders. You will also play a pivotal role in PIT governance, overseeing aspects like capacity management, trainer certification, content enhancement, and project management.Besides these critical tasks, you'll be responsible for team organisation, training coordination, and administrative duties. This includes reviewing resumes,interviewing, and providing valuable feedback during trainer interactions.
