In this role you will lead the Operations for Drives Service at local level, with full accountability of running the day-to-day operations and to overachieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash), in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost.
Your responsibilitiesCreates, implements, and reviews the operations strategy for the designated area, based on the overall service business strategy and is accountable for its relentless execution.Accountable for a sustainable and effective E2E value chain for their own area of responsibility (from customer to supplier and from order to delivery of services, products, and projects).Accountable for operational risk management and validating and improving reliability and effectiveness of business operations.Drives continuous improvement culture and the implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in their own area of responsibility.Drives performance of the operational service activities by following up Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and accordingly driving corrective actions.Ensures effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect reports.
