Currently, they are looking for an E-Commerce Inside Sales Account Representative SMB to join their sales team in Barcelona, Spain.
Job Profile for E-Commerce Inside Sales Account Representative SMB Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Build complex sales strategy to ensure that long and short-term goals, objects and quotas are metManage end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunitiesDevelop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectivesBuild forecast and pipeline weekly and provide a clear explanation of the current situation on the client portfolioEnsure that customers receive the highest level of sales and operational servicesParticipate in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build an appropriate action planEnsure that products, services and solutions recommended to clients will fulfil their needsWork within corporate initiatives including weekly forecasts and opportunity management to reach high-performance goalsUse sleek sales methodologies effectively to lead the company to success and over-achievement from prospect to closureCandidate Profile for E-Commerce Inside Sales Account Representative SMB Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
