Currently, they are looking for an E-Commerce Inside Sales Representative to join their sales team in Barcelona, Spain.
Job Profile for E-Commerce Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Close incoming sales opportunities to ensure short-term goals, objects and quotas are met Perform outbound calls proactively and when requested by the business, to new and existing customer install base Assist customers with order placement and product information. Advise them on products and services that best suit their needs Follow-up on leads generated from the Customer Service Team or other departments Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to the final sale-closure Identify opportunities to up- and cross-sell products as per customers' requirements Complete call logs and reports where required Offer a high level of service meeting department key metrics for Sales, Quality and Productivity. Overachieve on daily and monthly targets Liaise effectively with other internal departments and external businesses in a professional manner, as required Recognise, document and escalate customer issues or trends following appropriate communication and escalation channels Maintain product knowledge by attending training workshops, and keeping up to date on product materials Candidate Profile for E-Commerce Inside Sales Representative Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
