From We Bring we are helping an international company in the energy sector to reinforce its R&D team to create the next generation of equipment for Smart Grids infrastructure.

They are looking for a Hardware Engineer to design and develop electronic circuits with full control of the solution. Everything you design you will be able to see and test, as the company manufactures all of their products in-house and has full control over them.

WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?

- You will design and develop electronic circuits for communications equipment in the energy sector.
- You will develop FPGA firmware
- You will design power supplies and analog electronics.
- You will design all types of communication interfaces.
- Integrate FPGAs, DSPs and controllers into a single team.
- You will collaborate with team members in project management and continuous improvement of development processes.

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

WHAT DO WE ASK OF YOU?

- Electronic Engineering or similar.
- More than 3 years of experience developing electronics and firmware in the industrial sector.
- Enthusiasm for electronic development.

Required skills:
- Low level electronic design including circuit design and optimization.
- FPGA firmware programming (Xilinx and Altera).
- Electronic design with FPGA, DSP, microcontrollers.
- Altium Designer.
- Handling of laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, soldering iron).

Valued knowledge:
- Design of industrial circuits with high isolation requirements.
- Design and analysis of radio frequency circuits.
- Design of Networking systems (Switches, Routers,..).
- Spice
- EMC testing and design with good practices to pass these tests.
- Design of AC and DC power supplies.
- Design of circuits oriented to durability and low cost.
- GSM Modems communications and control.
