AsEMEAFP&A Analystyou will serve as the trusted advisor and partner to the business leadership team. You willbe responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis processes, conducting margin and expense analytics on the P&L, liaising with business functions, and providing broad decision support and advisory to help the business reach company goals. Support business reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while partnering with theEMEA leadership team to develop rolling financial plans, analyze results, and assess business performance, whiledriving data driven decisions. Delivertimely analysis and insights including margin and profitability analysis, contract review, KPI reporting, and expense analysis amongst others, to best position the business team to drive profitability and reach annual targets. Simplify approach where possible, while still maintaining planning accuracy and integrity. Act as a point of contact for business leaders to liaise further into the organization, including with functional stakeholders such as Finance andIT. Prepare and deliver ongoing and action oriented financial analysis, leading to improved financial performance of theBusiness SG&A, volumes, sales, margins. Continually provide input for opportunities forimprovement and align with global approach/processes when feasible. Assistoverall analysis on working capital through consistent reporting and projecting, and proactive activities such as contract term review and inventory management analysis. Assistwith special projects, including globally, as needed. What do we look for? Experience:At least 5years' experience in a similar role including financial analysis, preferably in serving business leaders. Experience in manufacturing or the chemical industry is a plus. Education: Bachelor'sdegree in accounting, finance or engineering. Language skills:Fluent inEnglish, both written and spoken is a must. Soft skills: High safetyconsciousness Communication, Business partnering and influencing skills Strong work ethic with a positive and proactive attitude. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong teamplayer, passionate about delivering success. Location:Hybrid role based in Manchester, Uithoorn or Barcelona, preferably. Flexible to other EUcompanysite's locations.
