Excellent knowledge of English (verbally and in writing). Good knowledge of other languages is considered to be an asset.- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Experience or affinity with contracts is considered to be a plus.- Organizational skills that allow you to plan and prioritize projects, proven track record of driving projects through the entire project life-cycle,experience with project and change management.- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Hands-on and can-do mentality.- Be a team player, yet able to work autonomously.- Strong interpersonal skills, high level of integrity, professionalism, intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn and grow.Which task can you expect?- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate the operational and organizational aspects of the legal & compliance functions.- Create, implement, manage and continuously improve processes and workflows to support the operational and organizational needs of a global legal & compliance organization.- Assist in identifying, selecting and implementing tools (incl. legal & compliance tech) to streamline new or existing processes and workflows.- Create,roll-out and manage supporting documents and trainings for processes and tools, based on design thinking.- Define, develop, and manage overall project plans to ensure work is assigned and completed on time.- Partner with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to achieve desired project outcomes
